Art Therapy
The creative process of Art Therapy can bring about new insights and improve self-awareness. It offers a gentle and playful way of expressing your thoughts and feelings whilst promoting mindfulness. A variety of exciting art mediums will be used.
No art skills required, just a willingness to experiment and explore through the art interventions and themes offered.
