Confidence & Self Esteem
Having good confidence and self-esteem is essential in helping us prepare for life’s experiences. This group will explore the difference between the two and provide practical tools to increase your understanding of confidence and self-esteem.
Other topics will include:- Communication styles, maintaining healthy boundaries and challenging/reframing negative thinking patterns.
