This group helps participants understand the links between stress, anxiety, and emotions, while learning practical strategies to manage and regulate them more effectively.

It offers tools to build emotional awareness, develop calm responses, and improve overall wellbeing.

This in-person course is held over 6 sessions. Each session is for two hours.
