Finding Strength after loss & trauma
This course supports people adjusting to the emotional impact of life’s difficult experiences, such as, loss, relationship breakdowns, accidents, health changes, or other challenging events. Participants will explore how trauma and loss can influence thoughts, emotions, and the body.
You will be guided through learning practical strategies to restore emotional balance, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.
